Wholesale return policy:

For all returns, the boutique, store, or any other retail business, referred to as (the buyer), must request an RMA from Tough Luv Clothing referred to as (the company), at the below contact within 7 days of receipt of goods.  The company will then send an RMA within two business days.

No returns will be accepted without a company issued RMA.

All returns must be shipped within three business days upon receipt of RMA.

The company will inspect all returned garments and will notify the buyer of what type of return will be issued.

For “manufacturing defects, wrong style shipped, wrong size shipped” the company will send proper replacements within two business days of receipt of return. In the event the style is out of stock the company will offer a credit or refund.

Please do not send garments not included in the RMA as they will not be accepted.

For returns with “fit issues”, please see Tough Luv’s specification of sizes.  The company will offer a replacement style or issue a credit.

The company will not issue a refund on discounted styles.


RMA requests after 7 days after receipt:

Tough Luv reserves the right not to issue an RMA after 7 days of receipt of goods.  Please contact us first.

If you are a new account, due to certain circumstances we can offer an exchange for a different style or for store credit only.  This offer is valid for one style only, and only on your first order/shipment.


Every garment from Tough Luv is made to order.  And in order to achieve our unique look and feel, our garments have unconventional construction, and are dyed and treated in numerous wash processes .  Due to the above, slight variations occur from garment to garment.  Although Tough Luv takes great pride in our designs, on occasion, we reserve the right to substitute trims and accessories due to production issues, or to make slight changes to the construction of the production garment in order to achieve a better fit than the sales sample.  We hope you understand.
